JOB TITLE: OPERATIONAL MANAGER

LOCATION: This position is based at the Involve office, Monksland
Business Park, Athlone, Co. Roscommon.

PURPOSE:
To support the Youth work project Co-ordinators, Managers and CEO to
deliver a high quality, professional services across the country. To
focus on the professionalism and development of the all services
within Involve CLG including supporting the development and
implementation of the Involve Strategic Plan.
MAIN DUTIES
* Assist the CEO in the completion of funding reports to meet all
our regulatory requirements and help support the development of new
funding applications.
* Assist with devising and monitoring of Implementation plans for
various funding streams
* Assist with annual reporting requirements,
* Source and research additional funding opportunities on behalf of
the organisation
* Work collaboratively with other Youth Services on a national and
European level.
* Ensure all planned projects adhere to funding requirements and
Involve’s Policies.
* Oversee the Implementation plan for the STATUS Toolkit, the
Traveller Culture and Identity Programme, No Shame Campaign & CSP
Programme
PERSONAL
* Youth, Community, Educational Qualifications level 6 or higher
required.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work across a range of work tasks, managing to
deadlines and prioritising workload.
* Excellent attention to detail & evidence of well-developed written
skills
* Commitment to team-work and supporting others to action
organisational objectives.
* Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent
administrative skills.
* Full driving licence and access to own car.
* Possess an ability to work on their own initiative
